Athens Residents Directory is an independently operated reference to public rolls, indexes, and historical directory collections concerning Athens, Georgia. We do not host the underlying government records and are not affiliated with Athens-Clarke County, any Georgia agency, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use Rules
You must use the service and information reached through it only in lawful ways. You may not:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). Nothing here, and nothing any linked search tool returns, is a consumer report, and none of it may be used to judge eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.

Athens-Clarke and Georgia portals, libraries, and third-party services, including sponsored tools, set their own terms and privacy practices. Their content, availability, charges, and data handling are outside our control.
